About the job

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to build global marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns with precision across multiple platforms
  • Leverage project management software to track and document campaign request updates
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
  • Assist internal teams with campaign-related questions and issues in real time
  • Provide campaign analysis and recommendations for campaign optimization

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience building campaign assets and programs from inception to completion (e.g., emails, landing pages/forms, list imports, webinars)
  • Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)

Location

This role will be remote and based in the United Kingdom.

Travel 

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
