Description

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing Growth team and help implement and launch new marketing opportunities for Wordwall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, and who is eager to develop their skills across multiple disciplines while contributing to our mission of transforming education through innovative technology.

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach to every aspect of marketing. We’re looking for a can-do professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and isn’t afraid to experiment, growth hack, and find creative solutions to tough challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive campaigns from ideation to execution, and help us achieve ambitious growth targets. If you’re resourceful, proactive, and ready to make a measurable impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Bringing campaigns to life

  • Implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • Support monitoring performance and adjusting strategies based on data insights
  • Execute marketing campaigns from ideation to completion

Measuring our impact

  • Track and analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics accordingly

Creating connections through content

  • Drive lifecycle management across onboarding, trial, upsell, churn prevention, and win-back through email marketing
  • Support the development and execution of integrated content marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all channels

Understanding our teaching community

  • Develop and refine marketing personas to influence communication and copy
  • Synthesize market and competitive research to inform and drive marketing strategy
  • Assist in analyzing customer insights and behavioral data to optimize marketing approaches in partnership with product teams
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Experience using AI tools or integrating artificial intelligence into marketing workflows (e.g., for content creation, campaign optimization, data analysis, or customer segmentation)
  • Understanding of persona development and customer segmentation
  • Experience in education technology or SaaS marketing
