Job Title: Marketing Executive - DACH

Reporting to: Head of Marketing EU 

Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF) Fully office based

About the Role: 

Working within the Myprotein Europe territory team reporting into the Head of Marketing - EU the Marketing Manager will lead and develop the influencer marketing strategy for Myprotein DACH , support growth on further digital marketing channels, including paid media, CRM and social media and deliver successful campaign management to drive further growth through localised initiatives. 

The successful candidate will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who’s passionate about influencer marketing, campaign management and organic and paid media. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong negotiation and organisational skills. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Manage and optimize channels including influencers, paid media, CRM and events to meet performance goals 
  • Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build regional brand awareness 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals 
  • Creating, analysing, and innovate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives 
  • Developing and implementing the influencer marketing strategy 
  • Liaise with  Social, Campaign, Events and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage 
  • Planning and managing local and global events and activations 
  • Use tools including Excel to analyse and report on KPIs 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1+ years within Marketing with an consumer goods business 
  • German language skills both written and spoken is mandatory 
  • Previous experience in the health & nutrition sector strongly desired 
  • Previously worked on channel and brand marketing strongly desired 
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results 
  • Interest and understanding of the health and fitness industry 
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills 
  • Confident communication skills both verbally and written with internal and external teams 
  • High level of interest in Influencer Marketing
