The Marketing Events Specialist will design and manage innovative events that align with brand identity, focusing on global engagement, vendor collaboration, and event optimization, while analyzing outcomes for continuous improvement.
Job Description
We are looking for a creative thinker to design innovative experiences that align with brand identity. As an Event Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Holafly’s global presence by planning, executing, and optimizing events that engage our audiences and reinforce our brand.
You will focus on end-to-end event management — both in-person and virtual — collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver experiences aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences and summits in key markets.
- Manage relationships with vendors, event agencies, and venues to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. Coordinate additional logistics such as registration, on-site branding, and event schedules.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event strategy with business objectives.
- Work with the Creative Production manager to develop creative concepts and messaging for events to align with the company’s branding and objectives.
- Adapt event plans quickly in response to changing market conditions or priorities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to innovate event design and execution.
- Support in brand activations across key markets.
- Track and analyze event metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with stakeholders and find Holafly ambassadors or people within the company that can also represent the company at events.
- Work with internal teams to align event strategies with broader brand objectives.
- Track and analyze the success of the events, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Manage the events calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of all initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event management, hybrid and virtual events, preferably in international and fast-paced global environments.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful PR campaigns or events.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with eSIM technology and telecom trends is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and press engagements.
- Minimum C1 level of English (spoken and written) or native proficiency.
- Data-oriented mindset: able to analyze results and optimize events for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Comfortable working with autonomy and flexibility within a remote, fast-scaling team
- Familiarity with event management and Adobe Suite tools is an advantage.
