Job Description

We are looking for a creative thinker to design innovative experiences that align with brand identity. As an Event Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Holafly’s global presence by planning, executing, and optimizing events that engage our audiences and reinforce our brand.

You will focus on end-to-end event management — both in-person and virtual — collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver experiences aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences and summits in key markets.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, event agencies, and venues to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. Coordinate additional logistics such as registration, on-site branding, and event schedules.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align event strategy with business objectives.
  • Work with the Creative Production manager to develop creative concepts and messaging for events to align with the company’s branding and objectives.
  • Adapt event plans quickly in response to changing market conditions or priorities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to innovate event design and execution.
  • Support in brand activations across key markets.
  • Track and analyze event metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with stakeholders and find Holafly ambassadors or people within the company that can also represent the company at events.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with internal teams to align event strategies with broader brand objectives.
  • Track and analyze the success of the events, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Manage the events calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of all initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event management, hybrid and virtual events, preferably in international and fast-paced global environments.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful PR campaigns or events.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with eSIM technology and telecom trends is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and press engagements.
  • Minimum C1 level of English (spoken and written) or native proficiency.
  • Data-oriented mindset: able to analyze results and optimize events for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with autonomy and flexibility within a remote, fast-scaling team
  • Familiarity with event management and Adobe Suite tools is an advantage.
