The Marketing Coordinator works within our demand generation team, sitting alongside the SDR function and performance team. You'll collaborate closely with our integrated marketing teams, which include creative, content, events, and partner marketing, to craft impactful campaigns.

Our work extends across nearly every department within ANS, whether we’re supporting internal communications to keep our business connected or promoting the incredible services and solutions we offer to our customers and new business.

What is the purpose of the role? 

The purpose of this role will be to assist in planning, delivering, and measuring multichannel marketing campaigns to new prospects and existing customers within our Direct and Indirect markets.

What will you be doing? 

  • Support with the strategic planning and execution of campaign activity across our range of key products, leveraging channels including email, social media, webinars and in-person events.
  • Co-ordinating with ANS’ integrated marketing team across events, content, design and performance marketing to create engaging campaigns, aimed at generating new business opportunities and customer retention.
  • Assist with reporting tools, campaign automation and lead scoring to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to prospects and existing customers.
  • Support in developing and designing campaigns utilising Marketo as we embark on an exciting marketing automation journey .
  • Collecting and analysing marketing data to produce campaign insights and learnings to drive future performance
  • Working alongside the marketing manager and campaign executive to create clear campaign briefs, measure performance, and gather feedback.
  • Assist in building highly targeted prospect data campaigns for our Sales and Accounts teams to contact 

What is needed to do the role? 

  • Marketing qualification / apprenticeship preferable, and/or experience within a marketing role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work at speed without compromising quality
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into marketing campaign strategy and execution

  • Able to communicate across range of stakeholders in marketing and sales teams

  • resolute attitude. Needs to be driven to deliver campaigns to deadlines and work under pressure.
  • A creative mindset, willing to suggest and test new ideas as we grow.
  • Good communicator, able to write and occasionally present campaign briefs to Sales and wider business teams
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
