Job Description

Are you a B2B content wizard who consider digital formats and paid channels your area of expertise? And do you have a flair for developing content, ads and CTAs that convert, then our role as marketing content specialist will be a great opportunity for you.

If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations unit as our new Marketing Content Specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your tasks entail:

  • Conceptualise high-impact campaign content for a variety of formats and channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging, and work with our brand and design colleagues to plan and develop the assets
  • Copy that converts - apply strong storytelling and copywriting skills to build content designed for lead generation and nurturing, including developing clear and effective CTAs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Cross functional collaboration: you will conceptualise and provide asset briefs for our brand and design colleagues and other stakeholders in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Ensure quality: Ensure our marketing content is developed with audience and SEO in mind to drive organic traffic and ranking, as well as work with our design and UX specialists in focusing on web-based conversion points

About you

You will have a good ability to understand and learn complex subjects, as well as a wordsmith with flair for visual communication, digital formats and paid channels:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills and a flair for commercial copy 
  • Demonstrable experience creating content for multi-channel B2b campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to create conversion-focused copywriting and development of ads for paid channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic advertising as well as owned channels such as web and e-mail
  • Demonstrated ability to create conversion-focused copywriting and development of ads for paid channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic advertising as well as owned channels such as web and e-mail
  • You understand how to write for diverse B2B audiences and concisely translate complex issues and solutions into impactful marketing copy and assets
  • Proven expertise in writing for web and digital is essential, and you apply SEO principles and work to develop engaging and high performing landing page content. Familiarity with CMS is a plus
  • Ability to provide a good creative brief and work well with designers and other marketing colleagues located across multiple geographies
  • Relevant B2B experience from larger international work environment
  • A communications, media or marketing degree, or similar relevant qualifications
