As one of our Global Marketing Communications Specialists, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our mission to the world. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be instrumental in creating and executing comprehensive, integrated sales and marketing plans. Your work will ensure all disciplines—PR, marketing, visuals, digital, social media, and events—align seamlessly to amplify Elekta’s impact.
Your role at Elekta:
As the Marketing Communications Specialist you will:
- Collaborate and Execute: Working with Marketing colleagues to balance stakeholder needs with proven best practices and internal guidelines. Co-create creative briefs, develop campaign plans, and support content production for multiple channels and markets.
- Be a brand ambassador: Embrace Elekta’s Learn and live the brand and ensure its consistent representation through thoughtful design, messaging, tone of voice and execution within all marketing initiatives.
- Ensure quality and compliance: Ensure all marketing materials are adhere to Elekta brand guidelines, internal approvals and required regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate: Serve as the primary contact for Marketing requests. Lead kick-off and project meetings, develop creative briefs, and collaborate with both internal and external marketing services to bring campaigns to life.
- Measure and Optimize: Work with the wider Marketing team to , monitor , analyse and report on campaign performance identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and support: Contribute to content production, campaign development and execution through writing, editing, video reviews and content management.

- Curiosity and creativity, with a willingness to share fresh ideas and explore best practices from various industries.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience
- Cross channel experience; particularly in digital space
- Experience working within a medtech company or software industry is preferred
- Experience working across cultures and internationally in a matrix environment is desirable.
