Job Description

Are you a B2B Marketing expert who has experience within complex international organisations? Do you enjoy working with tools such as Google Ads/ PiwikPro, web and marketing analytics tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot (CMS/CRM)?

If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations unit as our new Marketing Campaign Manager/Team Lead and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your tasks entail:

  • Scope, plan and project manage global and digitally enabled marketing campaigns with industry and account-based focus – including developing effective content strategies.
  • Design channel mix and optimise digital channel performance (incl. e-mails, nurture flows, paid search, paid social, and display)
  • Ensure quality and coordination of content and asset deliveries with agency, brand and web-team, copywriters, and graphic designers etc. 
  • Collaborating with ops/analytics specialist to measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
  • Lead and further develop our global paid search strategy and activities to drive traffic and conversion.
  •  You will manage a team of 2-3 UK based marketing analyst/specialists who support the campaigns and across the marketing team (marketing operations and marcoms specialists)

About you

Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager of Global Marketing, the right candidate will have:

  • Strong demonstratable experience from a similar role - preferably in a global B2B company or agency
  • Good marketing project management skills
  • Solid track record within digital campaigns and knowledge of utilising paid social to reach desired audiences, solid experience with LinkedIn advertising and LinkedIn campaign manager is essential
  • Experience running successful search campaign (SEM) for B2B companies, and understand how search fits into the user journey and aligns with other activation such as SEO and paid social
  • Experience with e-mail marketing & marketing automation strategies. We work in HubSpot, if you do too it is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Experience measuring and reporting on (digital) campaign performance
  • Experience managing a small team
