We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team.


You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing demand generation marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience/personas, generate high-quality leads, and support overall growth strategies.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop and inform campaign strategies that are aligned to business goals
  • Identify target audience segments and target buyer personas
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract qualified prospects
  • Design and manage lead nurture workflows to move prospects through sales funnel
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid search, content)
  • Manage the creation of campaign assets: landing pages, emails, ad copy, Folloze boards and other promotional content
  • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies/consultants, web development and internal stakeholders (product marketing, field events, and corporate comms) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
  • Conduct tests on messaging and creative to improve effectiveness of the campaigns

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably within software industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (ex: Marketo), CRM software (ex: Salesforce), data analytics tools (ex: Thoughtspot), and ABM tools (6Sense)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a user-centric approach

We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where Matillioners work 2 days a week in our Manchester office. Our core day is Wednesday, and the second day will be determined together. The rest of the week you are welcome to work from the office, or remotely if you’d prefer.


Compensation

At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £48,000 - £72,000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
