Our TeamThe Marketing Strategy Team is a commercial function responsible for planning and optimising our delivery of leads to our clients. With a unique view across the entire lead generation funnel, the team has many levers at its disposal to plan and improve performance for MVF and its clients. The team ensures that clients perform well from our leads, continue to order higher budgets, and that MVF can fulfill these orders efficiently and profitably.

The RoleWe are creating a world-class team of digital marketer analysts to accelerate growth in our Lead Generation and CPA businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to shape global marketing strategy using cutting-edge digital technology to launch a diverse range of products in fast-growing markets. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to make a big impact, fast. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage communication between Sales, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure all are aligned with product delivery strategy
  2. Launching new products/campaigns in new and existing sectors to maximise profitability and client ROI
  3. Use knowledge from all digital channels to maximise profit margins and deliver our clients the highest quality product
  4. Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time
  5. Conduct internal and market analysis to identify key areas of growth for new launches and to improve existing products/campaigns in existing markets
  6. Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale quickly

Interview process:Screening call - with Talent Team (30 mins)
1st Interview - with Hiring Manager (60 mins)
2nd Interview - Task and Values Questions (60 minutes)

Starting salary from £28,000, negotiable based on experience.
