POWER MARKET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Arrow's Global Components is looking for a Power Market Development Engineer. In this position, you will determine, develop, scale and lead implementation of successful Power module or solution selling, that accelerate market share, sales, and profit growth within the associated region.
What will you be doing at Arrow GC?

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing the current Go-To-Market strategy within the aforementioned areas of focus.
  • The Power MDE will serve as a conduit between the various Arrow & Supplier business units and functional organizations to lead, develop and successfully implement commercial and technical programs leading to sales and profit growth within this assigned market / business segment.
  • The Power MDE routinely interacts with our Regional Managers IP&E, business unit leadership and sales, marketing, engineering within the regions and countries to ensure everyone has up-to-date information regarding successful competitive positioning information and technologies.
  • Scaling success in all these areas is an important task for the Power MDE.
  • You will be accountable for the achievement of your RGP and Design Win RGP plan within your defined segment working closely with your local branch offices to exceed these objectives


What are we looking for?

  • You have experience in a similar role.
  • Action oriented, problem solving, customer focused, and results driven.
  • Passionate about electronics.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical roles.
  • Experience and understanding of the country's electronics markets.
  • Good communication skills.
