As Manager, Partner Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead the team responsible for driving qualified leads and revenue growth through our strategic channel and technology partnerships, including affiliates, marketplaces, vertical referrals, venture capital partners, and Remote Embedded partners. A key focus will be scaling our growing Remote Embedded partnership program while ensuring strong alignment with the Technology Partnerships team. You will coach the team to build and nurture strong partner relationships while optimizing partner marketing campaigns for both lead generation and conversion, ensuring accurate attribution throughout the funnel.

What you bring

  • Proven experience driving partner marketing strategies that generate high-quality MQLs and improve conversion rates through the funnel, with demonstrated success in measuring and optimizing campaign performance
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience developing and implementing partner attribution models that accurately track lead sources and conversion through complex customer journeys
  • Experience in creating and managing significant marketing budgets, including forecasting, MDF allocation across partners and programs, and ROI analysis
  • Track record of successfully scaling embedded partnership programs, including developing compelling enablement and co-marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Experience aligning partner marketing initiatives with regional sales goals and collaborating effectively with regional marketing teams to execute localized partner campaigns and events
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching teams to build and maintain strategic internal and external relationships while driving measurable business results
  • Understanding of how to tier and leverage various marketing channels to drive partner program success, including but not limited to web content, events, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, and OOH channels
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch partnership opportunities that create mutual value and drive revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the team in developing and executing partner marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and improve MQL to opportunity conversion rates
  • Guide the team in establishing and maintaining comprehensive partner attribution frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of partner-sourced leads, opportunities, and revenue across the entire customer journey
  • Own the strategic planning and management of annual partner marketing budgets, delegating and overseeing budget allocation across different partnership programs and initiatives
  • Lead the strategic vision and growth of the Remote Embedded partnership program, coaching the team on developing and executing enablement and co-marketing initiatives that drive adoption
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional marketing leaders to ensure your team's partner marketing strategies effectively support regional sales objectives
  • Coach the team on developing and optimizing partnership campaigns and trials (e.g., new incentives, offers, programs) to maximize partner-driven lead generation and conversion rates
  • Build and develop a high-performing partner marketing team through effective mentoring, clear goal-setting, and creating opportunities for professional growth
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for the team to track campaign performance metrics, with a particular focus on MQL generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact from partner channels
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment, ensuring your team's partner marketing initiatives support Remote’s annual strategic rocks and marketing sales pipeline objectives

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $59,750 - $201,700 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
