Exciting opportunity to join the European Reporting team as a Management Accountant!
This position is a key role within the European Reporting Finance Team. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accountants: ensuring P&L variances are explained, maintaining control on balance sheet reconciliations, and managing the day-to-day financial operations including the cashflow forecast.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Management Accountant, you'll be doing the following:
- You'll be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts for your European markets.
- You'll provide detailed variance analysis, with supporting commentary and evidence for any adverse/favourable variances.
- You'll maintain full financial control on specific balance sheet areas for responsible markets. Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are regularly completed & reviewed, with all risks and opportunities understood.
- You'll manage the cashflow forecast, providing weekly updates to the group treasury team determining funding and currency transfer requirements.
- You'll drive for efficiencies across the European business by identifying cost trends and best working practices and ensure a consistent reporting and analytical approach is applied to all countries
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA accountant.
- Experience of management accounting essential.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Strong analytical skills required in order to investigate, understand and explain variances and overall European business performance.
