PORTWEST, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position Infor M3 Finance Specialist based in Westport, Ireland or Thurnscoe, U.K on a full time basis, reporting to ERP Solution Architect Founded in 1904, Portwest has become one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world currently employing over 5,100 staff worldwide. JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and support M3 projects within the Infor M3 ERP system where Financial Capability is required. Business as usual support will also be a key obligation for this role to fulfil.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and support financial projects within the M3 ERP system.
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for any M3 Finance queries submitted by other departments or directors/management.
  • Consulting with business units to determine ERP Requirements.
  • Oversee all finance-related projects including M3 New Sites, Retrofit Existing Sites and new M3 Capabilities.
  • Work closely with other M3 Specialists, Vendors and Solutions Teams.
  • Performing diagnostics and resolving issues
  • Report any issues to the ERP Solution Architect.
  • Track and report on agreed KPIs at the agreed frequency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new hires.
  • Proactively avail of training that will contribute to your professional and personal development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3rd level degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in a business environment.
  • Min 3 years experience working with M3 Systems.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Collaborative teamwork approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
