Work in a pivotal, central role in ensuring the successful co-ordination of logistics, transport and customs compliance. Experience in a Logistics, Shipping, Trade Compliance or Customs background, working in a multi-product or manufacturing background.
 

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the end to end process for Built Not Shipped (BNS)

  • Working with internal & external stakeholders to remove any blocks preventing Built Not Shipped from progressing including Financial, Global Trade & System issues

  • Reporting daily/weekly on BNS status. Driving completion of rhythms around BNS

  • Maintaining, tracking & progressing processes around BNS. Supporting all functions in reducing BNS

  • Reviewing customs clearance issues & work with Global teams to ensure compliance

  • Contributing to the KPI target of Built On time Not Shipped (BONS)

  • Supporting business processes where needed

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a BSc. from an accredited institution or college

  • Have experience of working within a supply chain function

  • Have excellent Customer Service skills, Customer Relationship Management

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Be able to work as part of a team

  • Be team-focused, experienced at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to problem solve

  • Have the right to work in Ireland not requiring future sponsorship

In this role, we can offer the following working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday – 0800-1600hrs

  • Overtime as and when required by the business
