Profile Overview

Client is seeking a strategic, fast-moving writer to support its founder and leadership team in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. The founder operates at a rapid pace, balancing ideation with execution, and needs a writer who can apply strong judgment to determine what is worth developing into formal thought leadership versus reactive content.

The ideal candidate has experience writing for enterprise audiences in financial services (e.g., insurance, central banks, fintech innovation teams) and understands enterprise AI adoption challenges. This writer must be comfortable producing executive-level content under tight timelines and contributing to a 24/7 content presence model.

Given timezone requirements and responsiveness needs, the ideal candidate would be based in the UK or east of London.

Scope

Commitment: 20 hours per week
Schedule: 4 hours per day, aligned with UK or east-of-London time zones
Duration: Ongoing engagement
Work Style: Agile, reactive, high-judgment execution within a rapidly evolving content strategy

Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Content (Primary Focus)
  • Produce 5 ICP-targeted LinkedIn posts per week
  • Write for CIO, CISO, CDAO, Innovation and Product Leaders
  • Align every post to vendor validation and delivery acceleration
  • Maintain consistency actress company and executive channels
  • Monitor LinkedIn for relevant industry discussions, comments responses, mentions responses, reposts, analytics within that time frame
  • Immediately engage with key posts (e.g., Gartner, enterprise AI leaders, financial services institutions), often within minutes.
  • Support white paper promotions, partnership announcements, and thought leadership amplification.
  • Maintain high-volume, highly relevant executive-level presence.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in executive-level or B2B thought leadership writing.
  • Strong understanding of financial services innovation (insurance, central banks, enterprise fintech).
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption challenges and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience ghostwriting for founders or C-suite executives.
  • Ability to produce both long-form thought leadership and sharp, human short-form LinkedIn content.
  • Experience working in dynamic, reactive environments where context evolves quickly.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to independently prioritize.
  • Comfortable operating within timezone constraints (UK or east of London required).
  • Experience leveraging PR placements (e.g., Forbes, industry publications) into multi-channel content strategies.
