Superside is looking for a Lead AI Researcher to join the SuperAds team to provide actionable recommendations and even generate ads for our clients through diffusion models.
SuperAds was designed as an answer to our customers who were struggling to understand the drivers behind creative performance in advertisements.
Our platform goes beyond traditional analytics by leveraging cutting-edge AI to analyze every ad and video, extracting elements such as hooks, emotional triggers, themes, value propositions, and even humor. Our models are built by chaining image and video encoders to large language models (LLM) to achieve a deep understanding of language and semantics.
Working directly with the CTO, you will have a pivotal role in advancing our AI-powered analytics platform developing features such as AI creative tagging, information architecture and reporting tools enhancements.
What you’ll do
- Conduct research and implement advanced deep learning models for ad analysis.
- Explore and innovate within the ecosystem of image and video generation models.
- Contribute to the product development lifecycle of SuperAds, from concept to production.
- Engineer machine learning solutions and ensure their smooth deployment into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into our analytics platform.
- Develop and refine algorithms that recognize and classify elements such as hooks, emotional triggers, and humor in ads.
- Create and optimize chained models that combine image/video encoders with large language models.
- Drive the continuous improvement of SuperAds' AI capabilities to provide actionable recommendations and ad generation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in diffusion models and transformers.
What you’ll need to succeed
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML research.
- Expertise in deep learning, particularly diffusion models or transformers.
- Strong coding skills and experience in ML engineering.
- Ability to bring research models into production.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of trends in AI, and emerging technologies.
- A trusting, resourceful, and kind team player personality.
