  • Apply a deep understanding of the patient journey to identify opportunities to enhance care pathways.

  • Navigate local market access and hospital/ICB environments to support optimal patient access.

  • Build strong, value‑led partnerships with HCPs and stakeholders, becoming their partner of choice.

  • Apply excellent business analytics and strategic thinking to prioritise opportunities aligned with Ipsen and NHS priorities.

  • Ensure compliant and ethical conduct aligned to Ipsen values, the ABPI Code and NHS guidelines.

  • Manage territory activities using CRM tools in a timely and accurate manner.

About You

You will thrive here if you are collaborative, agile and solution‑focused, with a positive, winning mindset.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Evidence of proactively addressing NHS challenges with tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Life sciences degree (or higher).

  • Strong communication, planning and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in high‑performing matrix teams.

  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, organised and forward‑thinking.

  • Full UK driving licence & ABPI qualification.

Why Ipsen?

At Ipsen, we are:

  • Inclusive and diverse, ethical and community‑engaged.

  • Patient‑centric, data‑ and science‑driven.

  • Agile, innovative, entrepreneurial and committed to proactive collaboration.
