Key Account Manager Mass Market

About the role

Key Account Manager’s role is to maximize sales, profit, market-shares and visibility results. Build strong customer relationships to ensure partnerships deliver for both parties in the short and long term. Lead a team of reps (internal or external) to optimize Haleon’s presence across the customer base.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s strategy is implemented.

  • Build annual customer plans and ensure regular monitoring of its execution.

  • Participate in the preparation of the negotiation strategy and executes.

  • Monitor G2N and ensure that the NRM targets are achieved. Participate in the annual pricing exercise.

  • Gain agreement on annual activation plan and monitor the brilliant execution. Negotiate robust listing for our NPDs. Monitor and amend KPIs that relate to execution.

  • Identify opportunities based on customer insights and work cross-functionally towards translating them to actionable category proposals.

  • Collaborate with all the commercial teams for the development of Joint Business Plans.

  • Monitor competition and identify risks/opportunities.

  • Ensure regular reporting.

  • Responsible for the forecasting cycle.

  • Preparation of regular Key Account Reviews.

  • Drive the capabilities of the team.

Why you?

Minimum Required qualification:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Key Account Manager, including KA and Field sales management in Mass Market.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy.

  • Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity.

  • Ability to find solutions and move things forward.

  • Negotiation/influence/communication skills

  • Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making.

  • Creating business solutions.

  • Role modelling our values.

  • Fluent English and Greek language skills
