Our Account Managers sit at the centre of this work, supported by strong operations to keep high-volume delivery running smoothly. This role is a key part of that foundation.

The Role
As our UGC Operations Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end UGC workflow across 5–10 high-volume accounts. You will be responsible for creator communication, deliverable tracking, and ensuring all UGC assets move through the pipeline accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role suited to someone who thrives on structure, communication and operational organisation.


Requirements

What You’ll Do:
Own the UGC Pipeline

  • Track 30-60 active creators across multiple accounts
  • Escalate risks or delays early to AMs
  • Complete first-round QC for completeness (no creative judgement)
  • Manage all communication with UGC creators from briefing to delivery

Keep Deliverables on Track

  • Maintain accurate Notion trackers across all assigned accounts
  • Update deadlines, statuses and documentation in real time
  • Ensure folders, files and naming conventions are organised
  • Coordinate with editors and Creative Coordinators to keep workflows moving

Support the Account Managers

  • Provide weekly operational updates
  • Keep workflows unblocked
  • Remove administrative and operational load from AMs

What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves

  • Experience managing UGC creators
  • Strong written communication
  • High organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflow
  • Experience in coordination, operations or project support
  • Proactive communicator and problem-solver

Nice-to-Haves

  • DTC/e-commerce or creative agency experience
  • Understanding of UGC production workflows
  • Experience using Frame.io

What Success Looks Like:

30 Days: Confident in Hambi systems, workflows and creator communication
60 Days: Running UGC operations independently across multiple accounts
90 Days: Confidently liaising between Account Managers and creators with frequent communication and follow-ups, ensuring on-time delivery
