Here’s what you can expect to be working on as an L3/L4 Junior Product Manager at Street GroupWe’re hiring a Junior Product Manager (L3/L4) to join the Street team. This is a jcomes with a more focused scope and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your product career in a technically complex and collaborative environment.
You’ll act as the central point of coordination between Product, Tech, and Commercial teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood, prioritised, and delivered on time.
This role requires someone highly organised, agile, and detail-oriented, with the ability to break down complex technical work into clear, accessible outputs that stakeholders can easily understand and approve.
You will also come with a strong focus on internal systems, data management, and mission-critical initiatives.
You will:
Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring priorities are clear and well-documented
Translate complex technical deliverables into actionable user journeys and stories
Coordinate across commercial stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment
Support roadmap planning and delivery for key projects, including the Bridge project and mission-critical pension marketing data
Contribute to internal tools and systems improvements, ensuring clarity and accessibility across teams
Help drive Agile delivery practices within the team
2–3 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Junior Product Manager, or Agile delivery role
Experience working with technical teams on complex products
Ability to understand and communicate technical and architectural concepts clearly
Excellent organisation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable translating business requirements into technical deliverables
