We are a team of 450 people located in Manchester, Oxford and London. Over the past 7 years, we’ve supported 10,000’s of customers on their car buying journey and know 2025 is shaping up to be another exciting year!   

🙌 The Role  

We’re on the lookout for a Junior People Advisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some advisory experience who’s ready to broaden their HR knowledge across Recruitment, HR, and Talent Development. You’ll get hands-on experience working with different areas of the People Team while developing your skills in a collaborative environment. 

What you’ll be getting up to:  

  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring we’re in line with UK employment law.  
  • Supporting Employee Relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, absence management).  
  • Getting involved in recruitment – from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and onboarding new joiners.  
  • Helping to shape and support talent development initiatives, making sure our people have the tools to grow.  
  • Keeping HR records up to date and making sure we’re working efficiently behind the scenes.  
  • Contributing to exciting HR projects across the team!  

You’ll be a great fit it:  

  • Some experience in employee relations – you might have supported ER cases or advised managers in a previous role.  
  • A good understanding of UK employment law (doesn’t have to be expert level, but you’re keen to learn more!). 
  • Previous experience in a HR role.  
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.  
  • A keen interest in growing across different areas of HR. made a couple of edits
