Description

IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. In just a few years, we’ve grown our team by over 80%, moved into a spacious and modern new office, and launched multiple exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a Junior/Mid AI Engineer to join our rapidly expanding Innovation Department. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI projects within the robotics domain and grow alongside a high-performing international team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (internships and academic projects can be considered).
  • Basic knowledge in AI domains such as Computer Vision and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and container tools (e.g., Docker).
  • Understanding of model deployment concepts (ONNX, TensorRT is a plus).
  • Interest in working with edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and optimization of AI-based systems and tools.
  • Assist in implementing and fine-tuning deep learning models, including Computer Vision and/or LLMs and pipelines.
  • Collect, annotate, and preprocess datasets for model training and validation.
  • Contribute to the research and evaluation of new AI techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including robotics, mechanical, and electronics engineers.
  • Participate in the preparation of technical documentation and project deliverables.
  • Ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy standards.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D computer vision (e.g., point clouds, depth sensing, stereo vision).
  • Experience with ROS or ROS2.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
