ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior Java Developer to join our internal teams in Luxembourg. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to grow in a collaborative and international environment while working on modern Java-based applications.

THE WORK:

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Java applications and APIs.

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams on technical tasks and project activities.

  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and code improvements.

  • Learn and apply software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

  • Support technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with colleagues and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.

  • Interest in software development and willingness to learn modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Understanding of databases and basic web technologies is a plus.

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
