Responsibilities:

Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute omnichannel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with global media guidelines and effective audience targeting across the full funnel.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital KPIs beyond ROAS, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.

Take a proactive approach in identifying high‑performing content, briefing agencies and content creators, and driving engaging organic and paid social media execution.

Continuously improve the customer journey by translating insights into optimizations across digital touchpoints, including D2C product pages and landing pages to enhance conversion and engagement.

Work cross‑functionally with local, regional, and global teams to share best practices and contribute to positioning the market as a benchmark in digital marketing execution

Lead Social Media platforms management as well as SEO and Influencers strategies. 

Be part of the omnichannel team to align marketing & sales digital investments at E-commerce partners

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, preferably from the FMCG or consumer sector.

Good user of social media & marketing software 

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Proven experience in both organic and paid media, including social media management and digital advertising platforms, with the ability to understand campaign setup, performance drivers, and optimization levers across channels.
