Job Description

Purpose of the role 

To provide support and assistance across two client care teams in the Isle of Man with the day-to-day administration functions required to actively maintain their portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Providing assistance to the client care teams with all aspects of all corporate/trust administration work and projects, as required, whilst developing skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting the team to achieve Ocorian’s business goals through involvement in strategic Corporate and Private Client initiatives.
  • Growing knowledge of corporate and trust services, deepening technical knowledge and aiming to complete relevant professional qualifications.
  • Inputting data onto the computerised secretarial database and filing in the electronic document management system.
  • Completion of daily timesheets to ensure all chargeable work is captured correctly to achieve utilisation target.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • Excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills including managing expectations which will include determining that which is important versus that which is urgent.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the CSP or similar industry would be preferred.
