- Stay up to date with Pipedrive’s features and sales strategies to provide the best solutions for customers
Does this sound like you?
- At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience, preferably as an AE, or 2+ years in a customer-facing role, such as customer or channel management
- Experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-building
- Strong organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless follow-ups and precise documentation
- Ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Goal-oriented mindset and competitive drive, with a focus on achieving targets and strong collaboration with the team to optimize sales efforts
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages being a plus
