Jr. Identity Management Administrator

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Identity Management Administrator. In this role, you will assist with the administration and maintenance of our identity and access management systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems.
• Support the identity lifecycle of user accounts
• Assist in the maintenance and implementation of identity and access management policies and procedures.
• Monitor user access rights and permissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of identity and access management training programs.

YOUR TALENT

• Understanding of identity and access management principles
• Familiarity with identity management solutions such as Microsoft Azure Active Director/Entra ID, Google Cloud Platform
• Basic Knowledge of user provisioning, single sign-on protocols (SAML, OAuth2, SCIM...), multifactor authentication
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, team-oriented and easily adapt to a complex environment.
• Experience with PowerShell is a plus
• Capable of collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent English communication skills written and spoken, able to translate business request into technical requirements
• Willing to work in non-standard PH time schedules
• Willing to travel for onsite support and training
