Role expectations and responsibilities

As Part of the people team, we are looking for an IT support Analyst able to support our teams in our different offices. You will have the opportunity to grow in Smarkets as we expand and onboard new functions. Your input will be crucial in shaping the role, defining its direction, and automating processes where possible. We're looking for someone eager to learn and play a significant role in supporting our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance for internal systems across all offices
  • Manage asset register
  • Diagnose, identify, research, and proactively resolve technical issues
  • Set up and configure Mac and dell hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Configure network, devices, printers, and conference systems
  • Conduct routine checks, timely upgrades, and audits for maintenance activities
  • Assist in the rollout of new hardware and software, providing support and testing
  • Monitor software compliance and engage with users to ensure adherence
  • Administer and oversee our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution; Mosyle
  • Manage and maintain office tools, including G-suite, Ancoris, Atlassian, hotspots, and sim cards
  • Handle the provisioning and decommissioning of employee devices, including Macs, Dell OptiPlex, Dell XPS, and peripheral accessories

Role Requirements:

  • You are familiar with maintenance of activities related to hardware and software
  • Previous experience with MDM systems and Apple ecosystem
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and solve issues
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Readiness to collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve common goals.
  • A can-do approach and flexible attitude
