Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Regional Manager's role is to assist the IT department with delivering technology scheduling and rollouts on mass for stores in the business. The role will also help support ad-hoc work such as proof of concept initiatives and ad hoc IT installations. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of any given roll-out project, creating, executing and implementing project schedules, with successful service transition into support teams

·       Working rota – Monday Friday

·       Working hours – 40 

What You'll Be Doing: 

As an IT Regional Operations Manager, you'll be doing the following: 

  • Successfully manage and deliver a number of project rollouts in the retail environment.
  • Control and manage documentation and reporting to support all assigned project rollouts
  • Oversee any issues through to resolution using RAID methodology.
  • Produce and maintain plans and schedules for rollouts.

  • Problem-solving skills within an IT environment
  • Experience working in a retail environment
