  • Assist the Workplace Service team to ensure we maintain a world-class office environment.
About You:
  • You have at least 2+ years of full-time experience in IT support or a related field, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, A/V and network issues.
  • Experience in a startup or tech environment.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You possess a deep understanding of IT systems, including macOS environments, networking, and security. You're known for your ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
