International Sales Manager

PPG IndustriesUK - Remote

Become part of our Industrial Coatings business, working with our high performance PPG TESLIN® products. PPG are a 16-billion-dollar turnover, global organisation - We protect and beautify the world!

You will lead the sales activity in your region for new business development and our important accounts. You will partner with interesting products and dynamic businesses. Additionally, our company will connect you to world-class partners, industry experts, the best and brightest colleagues, and future forward technologies.

With our global presence, you'll have endless chances to work across different businesses, functions, and geographies.

You will report to the Sales Director. This is an individual contributor position.

You will be based from home and travel in your region, mainly UK&I.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Manage all PPG TESLIN® sales within assigned UK & I, Central and Eastern Europe, implementing our growth strategy
  • Business Development: find new customers and expand existing accounts to maximise market reach
  • Sales Performance: Guide negotiations, exceed sales/profit goals, and manage $10MM+ yearly revenue
  • Strategic Planning: Develop targeted account plans and pricing strategies to accelerate growth
  • Cultivate partnerships with customers, distributors, and company partners
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, showcase innovations, and represent PPG at industry events
  • Forecasting and Mentoring: Provide accurate sales forecasts and support new team members

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business or related field)
  • Experience: 10+ years in commercial product sales
  • Skills: product/technical sales background, complex deal negotiation, and strategic account management
