Why be a Sales Manager at THG Beauty? 

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Skincare Brand Perricone MD including a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager for UK and EU, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to help develop our brand for the international business and facilitate day-to-day tasks with our B2B channels. You will work with the Head of Sales on the business plan for each channel, new launches and every order end to end.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll:  

LEADERSHIP

  • Be able to lead the team of 3 when the Head of Broadcast is out of the business
  • Manage and develop one direct report
  • Problem solve and make timely, well-thought out decisions
  • Regularly review all processes and offer suggestions for optimization and implement these throughout relevant teams/functions
  • Represent Perricone MD in person with our channel partners
    ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Managing existing relationship with partners, with full P&L accountability including sell-in/sell-out
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business in each market, including looking for new shopping channel partners
  • Merchandising: working on optimizing assets and online store
  • Analyzing needs and best practices for each channel and being aware of competitor activity
  • Assisting the Head of Broadcast with forecasts for stock and sales for your market
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget and suggest activity to be agreed with the head of broadcast


OPERATIONS

  • You will partner with the Ops team to make sure forecasts are accurate and our orders are fully fulfilled 
  • Working with Ops Manager on forecasts by SKU, by month, by account
  • Working with Ops Manager on organizing orders with channels based on their deadlines and needs
  • Tracking free goods spent (samples, collateral, etc.)
  • Following each PO from start to finish through the critical path


What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably with  in the beauty industry or in Broadcast channels is highly desirable  
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines  
  • Structured mind with a high multi-tasking ability  
  • Creative and problem solver with top class trouble shooting skills
     
  • High level of IT literacy, (especially Excel and Office in general)  
  • Interpersonal skills  
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a small and fast-paced team
