The Team:
The Portfolio Value Engineering (VE) team works at the intersection of technology, business, and customer success. We support a broad range of customers in a scalable and strategic way—helping them unlock value from Celonis through touchpoints, online formats, and community initiatives.
As an intern, you’ll join the team to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-facing environment while developing core consulting, data, and communication skills.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll support the Portfolio VE team’s efforts to drive scalable customer success and engagement across our growing customer base. From helping run online sessions and community events to assisting with customer health monitoring and value tracking, you’ll learn how to bring technical, business, and communication skills together to create real impact. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with our customer-facing teams and learn how we drive value realization and customer success at scale.
What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of scalable customer-facing formats such as webinars, office hours, and online community events.
- Assist with monitoring customer success metrics, tracking customer health signals, and gathering insights for Portfolio governance.
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials, value realization stories, and customer engagement content.
- Support internal project management activities to improve operational excellence within the Portfolio team.
- Learn to communicate product innovations, Celonis’ Value Methodology, and business transformation concepts in a simple and impactful way.
- Help identify opportunities for improving the customer experience through feedback analysis and structured touchpoints.
The qualifications you need:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; confident interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and interest in process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.
- Basic understanding or curiosity for tools like Excel, SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or CRM systems is a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and open to learning in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Passion for customer success, business impact, and continuous learning
- Full fluency in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus.
