Responsibilities:- Outbound calls pitching courses in a consultative style from warm leads (NO COLD CALLING EXPECTED)
- Meeting and exceeding (achievable) sales targets consistently
- Follow up with the customer to close the sale
- Management of prospects and sales through CRM
- Presenting new products/services and cross-selling to both existing and new clients
- Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
RequirementsYou must be willing to work from our Langley, Berkshire (SL3) office
- Be hungry to earn commission through selling in a busy telesales environment
- Be excited to sell a product that will help change customers lives (online professional qualifications)
- A good understanding of the latest technology and market trends would be an advantage
- Showcase a willingness to learn
- Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious
- Have confidence in verbal and written communication skills
- Have good math’s skills and be IT literate
- Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
