Inside Sales Representative

Location: London

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our talented team based in London to drive business in the UKI region.   
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our cutting-edge Continuous Testing Software, revolutionizing the IT industry's QA practices. Your role will be collaborating with the assigned account executives in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers deliver superior software quality to market faster than ever before.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Communicate the value of our platform to Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities 
  • Build a robust pipeline to meet monthly targets 
  • Achieve assigned booking quotas and activity benchmarks 
  • Navigate complex organizational structures, crafting ROI-focused proposals 
  • Develop and execute territory plans in coordination with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives 
  • Ensure utmost customer satisfaction 
  • Utilize forecasting tools like Clari and manage accounts in Salesforce 
  • Collaborate with channel partners for joint engagement 

Qualifications: 

  • Approximately 3 years of sales experience in the tech and SaaS sectors 
  • Proficient in both technical and business aspects of solutions 
  • Skilled in using data-driven approaches to educate potential buyers 
  • Experience and competency in Prospecting for new business within designated Account set
  • Proficiency (and ideally mastery) of supporting tools eg Sales Navigator, Outreach/SalesLoft, ZoomInfo
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and alignment abilities 
  • Familiarity with Channels and System Integrators 
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills 
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism 
  • Fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages in the EMEA region is a plus
