All new starters are provided with comprehensive training by our in-house trainer and regular weekly ongoing training will help you become an industry expert very quickly!

We will equip you with the information and skills you'll need to succeed at the job and earn the commission you desire.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls pitching courses in a consultative style from warm leads (NO COLD CALLING EXPECTED)
  • Meeting and exceeding (achievable) sales targets consistently
  • Follow up with the customer to close the sale
  • Management of prospects and sales through CRM
  • Presenting new products/services and cross-selling to both existing and new clients
  • Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
Requirements
You must be willing to work from our Langley, Berkshire (SL3) office
  • Be hungry to earn commission through selling in a busy telesales environment
  • Be excited to sell a product that will help change customers lives (online professional qualifications)
  • A good understanding of the latest technology and market trends would be an advantage
  • Showcase a willingness to learn
  • Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious
  • Have confidence in verbal and written communication skills
  • Have good math’s skills and be IT literate
  • Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
  • Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment
