Job Summary

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer engagement. This role blends people leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring the team delivers consistent results while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

What You Will Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate an inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Set clear expectations around performance, activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Support the team with deal strategy, objection handling, and commercial decision-making
  • Work closely with field sales, account managers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, creating clear development and progression plans
  • Promote a positive, high-accountability sales culture focused on customer experience
What We Expect of You
  • Proven experience managing an inside sales or telesales team
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing talent
  • Commercial mindset with experience driving team performance and revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
