Position Overview and Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of quota-carrying Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, pipeline management, and ensuring a structured, high-impact sales process. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for coaching, developing talent, and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximize performance.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performance inside sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and continuous development opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.

Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and results-driven performance within the team.

Monitor, analyze, and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and conversion rates.

Oversee weekly sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure consistent sales performance.

Assist in the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Design and implement comprehensive training programs to onboard new hires and upskill the existing sales team.

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

Recruit, evaluate, and retain top-tier sales talent to drive business growth.

Stay up-to-date on AWN product features, advantages, and benefits to effectively coach and enable the team.

Leverage Salesforce and other Inside Sales tools to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Ensure adherence to key sales metrics and reporting standards for performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of delivering and exceeding measurable sales results.

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

Strong consultative selling and strategic partnering skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Expertise in sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Inside Sales technology for process automation and analytics.

Exceptional team collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

Full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing deals and long-term account management.

2+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably leading an Inside Sales team.

Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Proven background in technology sales, with extensive experience in inside sales methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong ability to foster collaboration and build high-performing teams.

Expertise in data-driven sales forecasting, performance analytics, and CRM optimisation.

Experience in Cloud Technology, Security, SaaS, and Enterprise Software sales is highly desirable.
