Lead planning and execution of infrastructure projects (IT systems, data centers, networks, cloud and end-user environments). Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage risks, contracts, compliance, reporting, and identify process and infrastructure improvements.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects, including IT systems, data centers, networks, end user and cloud environments Team Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and enforce accountability across technical and cross-functional teams Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Customers, business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to align project goals with organizational objectives and maintain effective communication Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate performance to ensure project requirements are met Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, IT regulations, and organizational policies Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports, executive presentations, and maintain project documentation for transparency and accountability Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, infrastructure strategy enhancement, and adoption of emerging technologies
