Role: Influencer Executive - MP Activewear

Reporting to: Influencer Manager

Role Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF) FULLY OFFICE BASED

As an Influencer Marketing Executive for MP Activewear at THG, you will play a key role in shaping our partnerships strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading influencers, gain exposure to cross-departmental teams, and drive impactful marketing campaigns to expand the MP Activewear brand. As Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers across Fitness, Fashion, Sport, and Lifestyle categories to drive MP Activewear’s performance and sales.
  • Manage and maintain the MP Clothing Influencer Database.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer relationship management, from outreach to payment processing.
  • Contribute to creative campaigns and strategies that build global brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse and report on influencer performance using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with Content, Social, Campaign, and Digital teams to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and maximise influencer reach.
  • Support the PR Team with various tasks, including the organisation and management of PR events.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on clothing, health, wellbeing, and fitness.
  • An understanding of how influencers build brand awareness, content creation, and commercial impact.
  • Proficiency with global social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving approach and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and social media trends.
  • Confidence in using tools for data analysis and performance reporting.
