Our firmwide marketing team are looking for an Industry Marketing Senior Manager to bring together the framework for the firm's Industry marketing approach to help drive XLOS and growth.   

You’ll be applying best practices from across the firm and directly supporting on a few priority industries.You’ll also bring together the aligned industry marketing leads from across the firm and help to drive consistency and best practice and alignment with the firm’s IPC approach and business development community.  

And you’ll help us to identify and evolve how we work differently with our firmwide and service line marketing teams to help get to market. This role is a true mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution.

A look into the role  

As an Industry Marketing Senior Manager in the marketing team, you will:   

  • Work closely with Industry leads and marketing leads to develop and implement a consistent go to market framework and measurement approach across industries.  

  • Align with firmwide Industry, Proposition and Channel approach - building relationships with the key stakeholders responsible for leading and delivering it.  

  • Engage with the Business Development (BD) community to ensure alignment and enablement across sectors.  

  • Coordinate activities across different industries to ensure consistency in approach and execution.  

  • Bring IPC marketing leads together as an engaged community to share best practice.  

  • Work with enablement teams to develop industry approach across corporate channels (content, website, social media, email) 

  • Provide hands-on management for a few key industries, prioritising based on commercial priorities.  

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate industry marketing into broader campaigns and programs.  

  • Lead the development of best practice guidance for industry go-to-market strategies learning from successful implementations in FS and PSA.

Joining us as a senior manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of working at management level or above in a marketing team and demonstrable experience of delivering against a clearly defined marketing strategy. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.  

  • Experience of establishing and delivering marketing strategies 

  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and internal stakeholders  

  • Marketing management experience, ideally within a professional services environment
