An Inbound Marketing Manager is a key figure in digital marketing, focusing on drawing customers through content creation, and converting them into Sales ready prospects. Unlike traditional outbound methods, their approach is to attract potential customers by offering valuable content and experiences tailored to their needs and interests.
This role involves a deep understanding of the customer journey and utilizing various digital tools to create meaningful interactions that lead to conversions.
Responsibilities include:

Leading and optimizing lead journeys to drive more conversation and growth opportunities

Digital marketing experience across earned, owned and paid media.

Planning and executing on inbound lead nurtures

Measuring and reporting on the performance of qualified lead flow

Conducting experiments and conversion tests to enhance marketing effectiveness

Drafting and developing effective messaging

Working closely with Service Leaders, BDR and Sales to align on warm outreach and conversion efforts

Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to lead our lead conversion and growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a lead journey, to ensure all leads are processed efficiently, as well as use the feedback loop to improve lead flow. You’ll also plan and execute our nurture programs, measure campaign performance, and develop touchpoints that aid in lead readiness. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting experiments, optimizing user funnels, and enhancing our lead conversation process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading lead nurture programs to build effective touchpoints aimed at further qualifying leads.

Measuring and report on lead conversions, messaging effectiveness and all nurture programs

Developing new lead conversion journeys and effective nurtures

Executing and measuring conversion tests and experiments

Optimizing conversion points and user funnel

Aid events team with pre and post event lead follow-up

Test and use various channels outside of marketing automation to nurture leads including LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Develop and capture lead journeys

Develop targeted segments to focus on most likely to convert leads
Requirements and skills

High energy, motivation, and a hunter mentality

Proven experience in digital marketing and digital tools

Previous experience in building reports (Salesforce, Pardot)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Hands-on Marketing Automation experience building lists and running email drip campaigns (Pardot preferred)

Tech Savvy and ability to use tech automation effectively

Preferred Financial, Healthcare, and AI service experience
