We are currently looking to hire experienced HR Professionals to join our UK team on a fixed term basis. You will join an experienced team who provide operational support to the UK&I DXC team in relation to a wide variety or projects and HR related cases. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be based in the UK however this role will be remote.

Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on specific tasks and support activities.
• Participate in HR operations and provide administrative support to HR functions.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and interpretation.
• Support talent acquisition and basic employee development efforts.
• Help address routine employee relations issues.
• Assist with HR reporting and data management.
• Maintain and organize HR documents and records.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on administrative tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ho relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in HR project management and strategy support
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• A strong desire to stay updated with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant HR certifications, such as aPHR or SHRM-CP, a plus
