We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to develop and implement comprehensive human resources solutions in support of our business objectives and strategic goals. In this role, you will operate independently within a complex business unit or region, leveraging strategic thinking and strong consultation skills to design and implement impactful business interventions.

You will serve as a trusted HR consultant to managers at all levels, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics while supporting organizational excellence through people-focused initiatives.

You will join our UK & Ireland team, working in a hybrid capacity [1-2 days per month in the office in London]

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters; assist managers in addressing workplace issues, performance concerns, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations

  • HR Analytics & Insights: Analyze human resources data at global, country, and cross-country levels to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance service quality and cost effectiveness (e.g., labor turnover trends, absence management)

  • Talent Development: Support talent development processes at global, country, and regional levels to ensure employee capabilities meet current and future organizational standards; identify development needs and collaborate with Global HR Business Partners and Training Business Partners to deliver aligned solutions

  • Employee Development & Performance: Support the execution of employee and manager development initiatives including coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management to ensure performance meets or exceeds business and personal objectives

  • Project Support: Support country-specific projects and initiatives, including restructuring and reorganization efforts, in partnership with Global HR Business Partners

  • HR Process Coordination: Coordinate and support global HR processes for designated client groups or geographic regions (e.g., salary planning, performance management, benefits management and administration)

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Support local compliance with laws and regulations; assist with employment relations case management in defined countries; support payroll process review and validation

  • Training & Development: Deliver HR program and process training; contribute expertise as a Subject Matter Expert resource

  • Internal Communication: Communicate operational HR policy changes and developments within the business area; support interdepartmental communication

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honours personal commitments

  • Creative problem-solving with ability to operate constructively in a changing environment; flexible, adaptable, and highly organized

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels

  • Ability to manage complex tasks with end-to-end process perspective

  • Proven capability to manage complex projects and develop cross-functional support

  • High achiever with motivation, tenacity, energy, and resilience to drive successful completion

Experience & Education

  • 2-5 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience

  • Proven track record of building positive consultative relationships with all organizational levels

  • Experience with Zero Hours Contracts and awareness of the pending legislation advantageous

  • Recognized by leaders for insight, judgment, and guidance on a range of HR issues

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's qualification preferred
