Position Summary

HR Graduate/HR Operations Specialist

Position Summary

Are you a recent HR graduate or an aspiring HR Generalist looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, international environment? This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a European HR Shared Service Centre, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to employees across multiple countries.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing excellent HR support through the People Service Centre.
• Learn to navigate and administer HR processes, policies, and compliance across different European countries.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data entry for benefits and payroll, gaining key system experience.
• Support the employee journey from onboarding (offer stage to induction) through to career changes and offboarding.
• Work alongside managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, handling key HR processes.
• Assist Senior Specialists and HR managers on a variety of exciting projects, gaining real-world HR experience.

Skills and experience

  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills – You enjoy working with people and can communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
  • Great time management – You can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • English proficiency – Strong English skills are essential, and additional European language skills would be a plus!
  • Detail-oriented & analytical mindset – You have a keen eye for accuracy and enjoy problem-solving.
  • HR knowledge or experience – A degree in Human Resource Management and/or previous HR experience would be beneficial.
  • Tech-savvy & eager to learn – Experience with HR systems (such as Workday) is an advantage, but a willingness to learn new technologies is just as important!
