  • Take an active role in HR projects and transformation initiatives
  • Drive and support automation and continuous improvement across HR processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce issues.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR case management with project work, problem-solving, and driving real change in how HR services are delivered.

What you will bring;

  • Solid HR experience, ideally including exposure to complex cases or escalations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented outlook.
  • Interest in driving improvements, automation, and better ways of working.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and geographies.

At Air Products, we work in an environment where diversity is essential, inclusion is our culture, and each person knows they belong and matter.

We invite you to bring your diverse self and creativity to a company reimagining what’s possible. Be part of our growth story and make a difference.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a culture of respect, challenge and innovation – with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
