Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Allgemeine Personaladministration
- Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung mit anschließender Kontrolle
- Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen Sonderprojekten
- Planung und Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und ggfs. entsprechende Zusatzqualifikation
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
- Offenes, kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
- Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erste Erfahrung im HR Bereich
- SAP HR und Workday Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Gehaltsabrechnungen
