Job Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:

• HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR)
• Three years' experience in the human resources field, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• The work environment is primarily office and includes a manufacturing plant. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with Employees, management, customers, and suppliers
• Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events, training sessions, or meetings.
• Flexible/additional hours as required
