Office based in Runcorn with 2 days home office
Job Summary
Reporting to the UK HRBP, the HR Generalist coordinates, performs and assists with all HR related duties for the ZOLL offices and employees in the UK.
Essential Functions

The HR Generalist is responsible for all HR tasks in the broadest sense of the word. The core responsibilities are:

  • General HR admin tasks - employee files, absence management
  • (Technical) on boarding and off boarding
  • Office management
  • Health & Safety Administration

Qualifications

  • First HR experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, highly flexible
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with other members of the HR team, you will strive to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to the business
  • Proficient using Microsoft office applications
  • Occasional travel internationally may be required
